1. General
1.1.  Dr Navigator Ltd reserves the right to change the instructor(s) used in any event/course at any time.

1.2a. Dr Navigator Ltd reserves the right to change a scheduled event/course date at any time.

1.2b. Dr Navigator Ltd reserves the right to change a scheduled event/course program at any time.

1.3.  Delegates who fail to turn up for an event/course or who miss significant periods of time during an event/course will not be eligible for a refund.

1.4.  Delegates who miss significant periods of time during a certification event/course cannot be certified until they complete these pending components of the event/course material that they missed, which may result in the need to purchase further events/courses.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1.  All cancellations must be received in writing or email.

2.2a. No course fee charge is made for cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the start of an event/course unless payment is made by credit card or online – see 2.3.

2.2b. Cancellations received between 2 and 4 weeks before the start of an event/course, Dr Navigator Ltd will make an administrative charge of 50% of the fees plus any credit card or online payment charges – see 2.3.

2.2c. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the start of an event/course, Dr Navigator Ltd will charge the full amount.

2.3.  Cancellation of credit card or online payments will incur an additional admin charge of 10% over and above any other cancellation charges.

2.4.  If Dr Navigator Ltd cancels an event for any reason, then Dr Navigator Ltd will refund the full fees via direct bank transfer or via PayPal. Dr Navigator Ltd will not be liable for any travel, hotel penalties, inconvenience or material loss as a result of any cancellation.

3.     Course/Event Materials & Content

3.1.  Purchasers/participants are instructed that any materials, any format/program and any knowledge gained is for their own personal use, and that they are prohibited from sharing or redistributing the event/course or any part thereof. The event/course may not be reproduced in full or in part without written permission from Dr Navigator Ltd.

3.2   Purchasers/participants are instructed any forms of photography or audiovisual recording of any event/course is strictly prohibited without written permission from Dr Navigator Ltd.

3.3.  The purchaser/participant understands that the content of events/courses are intended as a guide only, and although every effort is made to ensure the event/course content is correct, Dr Navigator Ltd cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any loss or damage that arises through its use.

3.4   The content of events/courses are for the purposes of introducing a framework relevant for clinical and career development skills for medical doctors, and are not intended to replace the protocols of your current employer or otherwise.
